MACHINE SHOP FACILITIES
Our modern, fully equipped machine shop is geared to manufacturing multiple components. We specialise in repairing or replacing worn or broken parts.

Facilities include: Computer Lathe with Milling Capacity - handling up to 3.1 m length or 1.2 m diameter; Milling Machine; Large Horizontal Borer; Drilling Machines; Slotter; Keyway Cutter; Cylindrical Grinding; Gear, Spline & Sprocket Cutting; Worm & Worm Wheel Cutting; Power Hacksaw; Hydraulic Cylinder Reconditioning.

STOCKHOLDING
We stock a large range of standard hydraulic fittings and hoses. Hoses can also be manufactured to your requirements.
A large range of steels can be supplied, either from stock or cut to size.

WELDING & FABRICATION

Our welding and fabrication workshop is equipped with large travelling gantries and mobile crane for the fabrication of large items and the repair of heavy earth moving equipment.

Facilities include: Profile Cutting to any shape; Manual, Mig & Tig Welding; Hard Facing; Rolling; Pressing (100ton); and Cold & Hot Spraying for shaft repairs where welding is undesirable.
